Order Processing and Shipping Times

Where do you ship from?
We are located in southwestern Pennsylvania. 

When will my order ship?
We know you're eager to receive your items. It is our goal to get them shipped as quickly as possible! Orders are shipped daily, Monday-Friday. Orders will ship within 1 business day. 

When will I receive my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number for the package. 
We utilize USPS for all of our shipping and tracking can be followed on www.usps.com.
First Class shipping is a 3-7 day estimated service and Priority shipping is a 2-3 day estimated service.
Overnight/Express is not available from our location. 
Please note that shipping times are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery times. Delays and extended transit times can occasionally occur, especially around peak holiday shopping times. 
Priority shipping is recommended during the peak holiday season. 
We may request signature upon delivery for orders over $50.
What service do you use for the Flat Rate & Free Shipping option?
We will utilize either USPS First Class or Priority shipping service, depending on the weight of the order. If expedited shipping is needed, it is recommended that you select Priority at checkout.


Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
-If you are an international customer and place an order shipping to a freight forwarder, we are not responsible for damages, loss of items or packages, or missing items. You acknowledge that you are utilizing a freight forwarder at your own risk. 


Can you provide me with an estimated delivery day?

Sure! You can contact us prior to placing an order with your zip code and we will let you know when you can expect an order to arrive. If you have already placed an order, please include your name and order number in the email and we provide you with the estimate.  Please note that shipping times are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery times.

Can you rush my order?
If you are in need of an order by a specific date, please feel free to contact us prior to ordering to find out when you may expect to receive it. In most cases we are able to ship same day, prior to 2 P.M. Eastern time, but we do not make any guarantees on delivery times. 


Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I make changes to my order or cancel it?
Please make sure to review your order prior to completing your purchase. If you need to make changes, add or remove items, etc., please contact us a soon as possible. We will cancel and refund the incorrect order and you can reorder with the desired changes made. 
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately - if the order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it.  Please feel free to get in touch with any questions prior to placing an order to help avoid the need for a cancellation. 
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time, for any reason. 


My address on the order is incorrect. Can you change it?
Please make sure to double check that your shipping address on the order is correct.
Orders are shipped to the address provided on the order.  In the event that an incorrect address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to change the shipping address. We will cancel and refund the order and a new order can be placed with the correct shipping address.
If the order has already shipped, you will receive a refund on the order for the items only, once the return package is received by us.  Shipping charges will not be refunded. If the return package is not received, no refund will be issued. If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping charges that we incurred will be deducted from the refund. 

•If we notice problems with a shipping address (such as an unconfirmed address) we will contact you to verify it. If we are unable to reach you, the order may be canceled. 

Lost/ Delayed Packages

•Tracking is provided with every order and can be followed on www.usps.com. 
•While most orders are received on time, delays can occasionally occur especially around the peak holiday season. We are not responsible for delivery times. We do not guarantee delivery times. We do not provide refunds due to shipping delays.
•A package is not considered lost by USPS until it has been in transit for at least 30 days.  If you feel that your package has been lost, please contact us and we will look into it. Priority shipping includes insurance up to $50 and a claim can be filed after 30 days at www.usps.com. 
Please note that if tracking confirms delivery, USPS does not consider a package lost. Please make sure you have a secure place to receive your order. We do not issue refunds or reship orders when tracking confirms delivery. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address provided on the order. 


Returned Packages 
•Shipping refunds will not be issued for undeliverable packages, refused packages, or packages “returned to sender” due to incorrect addresses. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and you will receive a refund for the items only. If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping charges that we incurred will be deducted from the refund. 
•We will not reship an order. A new order can be created with the correct shipping address, if desired. 


Missing or Incorrect Item(s)/ Damages
•We do our best to make sure all orders are well packaged and accurately fulfilled. If you experience any problems with your order, we ask that you contact us within 5 days of delivery. After that time, any claims will be handled on a case by case basis. 
•In the case of missing item(s), you can choose:  A) the missing item(s) be sent to you at our expense, or B) a refund for the missing item(s).  
•In cases of an inaccurately fulfilled order, the incorrect item(s) may be required to be returned. We may ask for proof of the error, such as a photo, for our records. 
•Item damage will be handled on a case by case basis. You may need to provide proof of the damage, such as a photo, and retain the packaging in which the order was received, or we may ask that the item be returned. We may replace the damaged item(s) at our expense depending on the cause, or issue a refund for the item. If damaged during shipping, you may file a claim with the United States Postal Service.  Priority mail includes insurance up to $50 and we can assist you with info on how to file a claim. 
Shipping fees are non-refundable.


•We carefully choose the brands and products we carry and hope you’ll love them as much as we do!
•No returns or exchanges of any kind are accepted. If you return an item to us without authorization, you will not receive a refund.
•Please review product descriptions prior to purchase for important product information such as size and color.  Colors may vary on different devices and monitors. If any additional information is needed, please ask.
